On Tuesday April 11th from 6 pm to close, Team Snyder will be taking over Poor Herbie's for its 5th annual "Drinking for a Cause" to raise funds in support of Push to Walk.
Push To Walk is a non-profit organization located in Riverdale, NJ which provides a physical therapy gym for people with spinal cord injuries, paralysis, and other neurological conditions including, but not limited to Multiple Sclerosis, traumatic brain injuries, and stroke. They provide intensive one-on-one workouts so their clients can maintain their physical and mental health allowing them to regain their independence. Their approach is a cutting edge technique encompassing what the medical community terms Activity Based Training.
This is their largest largest fundraising event before they hit the streets of some great shore towns at the Long Branch Half Marathon and Relay on Sunday April 30th. Ten percent of all sales and ALL tips at the bar that evening will be donated to their team’s fundraising goal. If you can’t make the event but you'd still like to donate, they cherish every dollar - click here and donate to Team Snyder's fundraising goal! To date, their team has raised $3,270 to help patients with spinal cord injuries, paralysis, and other neurological conditions receive specialized treatment.
So come on down to Poor Herbies on the 11th and have some great food, let Bob Snyder pour you a cocktail or two, listen to some great live music, enjoy tasty treats from the bake sale and share guaranteed laughs with great people – all while supporting the Snyder team and this great cause!
