Come join us for a worthy cause. On Sunday, March 12, 2017, starting from our opening at 11:30am, Poor Herbie's will be hosting a St. Baldrick's Foundation Head Shaving Event. All proceeds will go to St. Baldrick's Foundation to help fund childhood cancer research.
The head shaving event has become a fundraising phenomenon throughout the country. The idea is to show solidarity with children suffering from hair loss during cancer treatment. Events are held at different times througout the country. You can read more about them on the St. Baldrick's website. UPDATE: Head shaving for the Poor Herbie's event will be provided by Downtown Salon at it's new location, 20 Waverly Place, Madison, NJ 07940 (take note: Downtown Salon has moved across the street from it's old location a short time ago, so Google Maps might not be updated yet. 20 Waverly is the correct and current address!).
